Social Investment

Pier 14 Shopping Centre proudly and actively gets involved in the community of Nelson Mandela Bay. They are proud to support Hannah’s Arms and Thamsanqa community projects.

Hannah’s Arms is a network of safety homes to neglected and abused babies. Working closely with child protection agencies, social workers and the police, this organisation strives to place these babies with families who will give them loving homes – whether it be with foster, adoptive or biological families.

Thamsanqa is a dynamic NGO that is hard at work in Motherwell and surrounding townships to improve the lives of abused and abandoned children, as well as those who have been affected by HIV/Aids.
