ATM Security Tips
Your security is of the utmost importance to us. All of Pier 14 ATMs have been carefully positioned to ensure optimum security and are under constant surveillance by security guards, the bank's customer services personnel and surveillance equipment.
There are a number of things you can do to increase your personal security and reduce your risk of becoming a victim:
1) Look confidence.
2) Be vigilant
3) Do not accept any assistance while drawing money.
4) Follow your instincts. If you feel that you are in danger, respond immediately by reporting suspicious activity to security or the bank’s customer care staff
5) Put it away immediately
6) Shield the ATM keypad while entering your PIN.
7) Retain your transaction receipt. Do not throw the receipt away at the ATM site.
8) Report stolen or lost ATM cards immediately
Remember - you can never be too careful, too prepared or too aware!
